Building better future

About us

KORE defines architectural practice together with sustainability.

Our mission is to promote the principles of sustainable architecture, the circular economy in construction, and the building's impact on human health and well-being. We bring these principles and solutions to reality in our own projects and to advise clients in their projects.

Design

We design and engineer buildings and urban areas ranging from research to detailed interior design. We work on a variety of building sizes, including sustainable apartment buildings, renovations to convert old buildings, and the construction of new buildings. We can also deliver both residential and commercial interiors including the Design & Build system.

Consult

We offer complete sustainability and ESG services for building owners, developers and other stakeholders in the construction and real estate industry. We also guide clients through the process of the most common certification systems LEED, BREEAM and WELL. We help to navigate the requirements of ESG or EU Taxonomy and reflect them in company strategy and projects and can also calculate the carbon footprint of your building.

Public Impact

Our sister organization Rethink Architecture has been raising of public awareness about sustainable architecture. Also, we’re members of the Czech Green Building Council>/a>.
