Čámovka - phase II.
Overview
The Rezidence Čámovka development project is a residential complex being built in several phases in close proximity to the Čimický údolí and the Bohnice Psychiatric Hospital. The second stage of the project, completed in 2022, consists of 5 residential buildings.
As a coordinator representing the investor, we were instrumental in gaining BREEAM certification, which assesses the impact of buildings on the environment and their occupants. Thanks to the certification, up to a quarter less heat is consumed for heating in the operation of Čámovka buildings compared to conventional buildings. The project also manages water efficiently, with water-saving furnishings installed in the buildings and local greenery in the Čámovka park designed without the need for watering. Care was taken in the construction of the buildings to use both environmentally friendly building materials and to reuse construction and demolition waste.
