LEED and BREEAM are environmental certifications for buildings that evaluate their environmental impact. We can provide complete certification for your project, whether it is a new build, fit-out, refurbishment, existing building or urban design. We are also happy to provide support for designers or contractors. Furthermore, we can provide individual parts of the certification, such as the initial pre-assessment, during which the project is evaluated against the requirements of the selected certification.

WELL certification ranks the impact of buildings on the health and psychological well-being of their residents. We will guide you through the entire WELL certification process for new construction, fit-out, renovation and existing buildings or recertification for renewal. We also have ample experience in obtaining sub-WELL ratings - WELL Health & Safety Rating, WELL Performance Rating or WELL Equity Rating.

We can provide support for designers or contractors, as well as provide the sub-parts of the certification, such as the initial pre-assessment, during which the project is assessed against the WELL requirements.

We will develop the LCA analysis of your project to calculate its embodied carbon footprint and other environmental impacts including the evaluation of circularity and recommend possible improvements.

We will prepare an assessment of the project’s compliance with EU Taxonomy requirements, assess the value of the operational carbon footprint with current legislative requirements and EU decarbonisation targets. We advise on the specific requirements of the CSRD and other legislation.

We provide measurements of indoor environmental quality such as air quality, water quality, thermal comfort, lighting or acoustic measurements. With these, we can help you demonstrate compliance with the relevant credits in LEED and BREEAM certifications. We also hold the “Performance Testing Provider” credential, which allows us to provide complete “Performance Verification” services for your project seeking WELL certification.
