BBC 5
Overview
The BBC5 building in Bratislava is a modern office building located in the heart of the developing Mlynské Nivy district. This complex is part of a wider development of an office centre offering prime office and retail space. In addition to office space, it offers a wide range of services for tenants, including underground parking and close connections to the city infrastructure.
Our role was to obtain BREEAM In-Use certification at Very Good level for the client. As part of the project, we analysed the building in detail and suggested possible improvements to achieve a higher score for both the building itself and its operation and management. The final step was to gather all the documents for the BRE certification institute.
