Our task was to obtain BREEAM In-Use certification for the building. As part of the certification process, sutainable solutions and technologies were incorporated into the project, which helped to improve the environmental aspects of the building and to gain points in the certification. Bicycle racks were installed in the underground parking garage to promote sustainable mobility as well as increased electric vehicle charging stations. In the area of water management, savings have been made by replacing shower heads with water-saving ones and adding pearl faucets to the basins. In parallel with the certification, the building have been undergoing a gradual renovation of fit-outs on selected floors, making the offices more open and light-filled, with a focus on zoning the layout, employee comfort and the creation of rest areas.
