Aupark Tower
Overview
Aupark Tower is one of the tallest buildings in Bratislava with its height of 96 metres and 21 floors. It is a category A office building located on the right bank of the Danube River in close proximity to the iconic Slovak National Uprising Bridge. The building is directly connected to the Aupark shopping centre, offering a wide range of services.
Our task for the client was to obtain BREEAM In-Use certification at the Excellent level. The building was already BREEAM certified, but in a previous, less stringent version. Our role was therefore to subject the existing condition of the building and its operation to a thorough analysis against the requirements of the certification and to make recommendations for improvements to its environmental and social performance. In parallel with achieving BREEAM certification, the building also received a WELL Health & Safety Rating.
